Optimization from Experian-Scorex is powered by our Marketswitch optimisation software and will help Nordea Finance to maximise its cross product customer marketing campaigns. The solution will help ensure that customers only receive relevant and focused offers, which will improve the return on investment for campaigns in total. The solution is embedded in Nordea Finance’s business process, with the intuitive desktop environment allowing the business user to create ‘what-if’ scenarios to simulate and assess the effect of different actions and constraints on marketing effectiveness before operational deployment.
